TEPCO has following In-house production facilities with its own Tool Room to develop Moulds, Dies and Tooling.

c) Automatic lathes upto 60mm Capacity

d) CNC Turning centre upto 200mm

e) Well equipped tool room

f) Automatic Coil forming machines upto 10mm wire diameter and spring end grinding machines

g) Wire/Bar drawing

h) Fabrication & welding

i) Powder Coating

j) Electroplating and chrome plating plant

k) Heat Treatment

 

We mold various plastic materials like HDPE, PPCP, PP, Nylon, Acrylics, Polycarbonate and ABS for meeting customize requirements. TEPCO has latest state of art Injection Moulding Machines and is equipped with a well set Tool Room to make and maintain valuable moulds.
